A delicious blend of soft luxury and playful elements come together in the Velvet  & Fishnet Mini Skirt.  Midnight black fishnet is gathered in a cute skirt and attached to a soft stretch velvet band.  For a bit of flirty fashion, we've added an attached tulle underskirt for flounce and shape.  Skirt measures 11" in length for a size Medium.
