Returns & Exchanges
For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of tried-on, worn or washed underwear, or items not in the condition in which they were received. If you find you need a different size, we can help you exchange the item(s), please contact us within 14 days so we can ensure you get the correct size. We do NOT issue refunds for items returned as simply not wanted.
We hope you will be pleased with your lingerie from XDress. Sometimes the sizing may not be perfect for you, in which case please contact us and so we can ensure you get the best fit. We endeavor to make every purchase from XDress a great experience!
We do not provide return labels. It is the customers responsibility to return the item to us for exchange. We then cover the cost of shipping out the exchange once the original has been received.
In the fashion industry, we are very conscious of the global issues of sustainability and the tremendous amount of returned clothing that is incinerated or goes into landfill. Underwear cannot be recycled. We therefore respectfully request our customers not to buy excess items with the intention of trying on and asking to return many of them, as in such cases we cannot always accept items back. If you do order multiple items, please only open one item to make sure the size fits. If you do so and find the item does not fit, this item and the other new, unopened, and unworn items may be returned for size exchange or refund.
After you contact us with your request, we will email you full instructions for the return. You will be asked to return items in the condition in which they were received. That means unworn (tried on over other underwear is OK), not contaminated by smoke or perfumes, unwashed and complete with packaging and tags.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please let us know immediately, with a photo of the fault, to all@xdress.com.
If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable” or “refused”, it will be processed for Store Credit less any shipping fees associated with the package.
Please note that mystery packs and any sale items are not returnable under any circumstances.
