If you wish to return any items, you must contact us by email or through our message system before sending anything back to us, and we will work with you to find the best solution. We cannot accept nor are we responsible for unauthorized returns for any reason including if the item(s) were simply not wanted. Any unauthorized return will not be processed.
Underwear is an intimate item of clothing worn next to the skin. For hygienic reasons, it cannot be resold once it has been tried on; as such, most lingerie and underwear stores will not usually accept returns of undergarments once a package is opened. We, however, do not want customers to end up with something that does not fit, so we are prepared to process an exchange for a different size of the same item. We recommend first-time customers order just one or two items to test the fit. We can then process an exchange for an alternate size if necessary. We do not accept items as simply not wanted. We only accept and process returns in an exchange for an alternate size.
Please first contact us at email@example.com regarding your sizing issue so that we may assist in the process as well as prepare for your return. Doing this will help expedite your return/exchange. It is mandatory to contact us to receive a return authorization.
Please send the item(s) in question back within 7 days of receipt in the same condition and packaging as received, with a note verifying which size you would like in exchange. You will need to pay for the return’s postage, but we will pay for any replacement item to be mailed back to you if applicable. If sending a high-value item, we recommend using insured mail. If sending from outside the USA, please be sure to write "returned clothing" on any customs forms.
If the size is unavailable, you will be given a refund or store credit in the form of an emailed gift card.

If you feel your unworn item has a defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email please reply with your name, order number, details of the defect, and some pictures of the defective item if you can.
Once an item has been worn and/or washed it is no longer covered under our defective item policy. It must be unworn and unwashed to be accepted under our defective item policy.
Sale Items, Makeup, Wigs, & Hosiery
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are purchased from our outlet section or items that are on sale for return. All sales of makeup, wigs, hosiery items, and stockings are final, non-refundable, and not able to be returned.
Shortages or Incorrect Item Received
If you believe an item has been sent incorrectly or is missing from your package, please let us know immediately (and no later than 7 days after receipt of package).
A Note on Frequent Returns and Chargebacks
Though we are flexible with returns, there is a point where we will not be able to accept them when/if a pattern of frequent abuse of returns is recognized by our staff. XDress reserves the right to impose a 20% processing fee on any returns that we receive. XDress also reserves the right to no longer accept returns from customers who abuse our return policy, and also to stop fulfilling orders from customers who make frequent credit card chargebacks.
