Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return any items, you must contact us by email or through the Message system before sending anything back to us, and we will work with you to find the best solution. We cannot accept unauthorized returns. We are not responsible for any unauthorized returns. Any unauthorized return will not be processed. We do not accept returns as simply not wanted.
Underwear is an intimate item of clothing worn next to the skin. For hygienic reasons, it cannot be resold once it has been tried on; as such, most lingerie and underwear stores will not usually accept returns of undergarments once a package is opened. We, however, do not want customers to end up with something that does not fit, so we are prepared to process an exchange for a different size of the same item.
We do not accept items as simply not wanted. We only accept and process returns for an exchange for an alternate size of the same item.
We recommend first time customers order just one or two items to test the fit. We can then process an exchange for an alternate size if necessary.
The exceptions are stockings, pantyhose and items on final sale in the Outlet which are not returnable or exchangeable (the Outlet appears from time to time on the main menu bar).
Please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your sizing issue. Doing this will help expedite your return/exchange. It is mandatory to contact us to receive return authorization.
Please send the items in question back within 7 days of receipt in the same condition and packaging as received, with a note verifying which size you would like in exchange. You will need to pay for the return’s postage, but we will pay for any replacement item to be mailed back to you if applicable. If sending a large value item, we recommend using insured mail. If sending from outside the USA, please be sure to write "returned clothing" on any customs forms.

Finally, when ordering please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse, nor do we offer goods for dressing up and returning, so all orders should be considered final when placed.
If you feel your unworn item has a defect, please email us at email@example.com. In your email please reply with your name, order number, details of the defect, and some pictures of the defective item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are purchased from our outlet section or items that are on sale for return.
Shortages or Incorrect Item Received
If you believe an item has been sent incorrectly or is missing from your package, please let us know immediately (and no later than 7 days after receipt of package).
A Note on Frequent Returns and Chargebacks
We will try and help if a genuine mistake has been made on the size ordered (after the first order), but if a pattern of frequent abuse of returns is recognized by our staff, Xdress reserves the right to impose a 20% processing fee and no longer accept orders from these customers. We also reserve the right to refuse orders or returns.
