Purchases made from our company, regardless of whether they are through the internet, via telephone, fax or mail-in order are subject to the following conditions.
Cancellations and Order changes
If you feel that you made a mistake during ordering and need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 480-661-0708 as soon as possible. We ship intermittently throughout normal business hours and so we may have accidentally sent your order out before you have emailed us. If you are too late in contacting us, please refuse the package and we will gladly give you a refund or send you the appropriate item if we have it in stock. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost, but we can send you a replacement free of charge if we receive the original mistake item back. We reserve the right to refuse this service at any time.
Regarding International Purchases
We ship worldwide from our Arizona manufacturing and distribution center. UK and EU countries have the opportunity to avoid import taxes by ordering from our UK site. We can ship to other countries outside the EU, UK and USA, but please be aware you may be charged customs import duties and taxes, plus handling fees. These are the responsibility of the customer to pay and cannot be reimbursed by XDress. Packages that are returned marked RTS (Return To Sender) due to refusing delivery or not paying customs fees will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus postage costs incurred.
Shipping times vary considerably from country to country, depending on the local delivery service. Typically most packages sent by regular airmail are received within 1-3 weeks. International Customers are still responsible for Shipping Charges if an order is refused.
Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures occur, delays can be caused beyond our original delivery estimates.
