Designed in the tradition Lolita bell shape, from transparent and soft tulle with an added five layers of volume, this petticoat finishes off any of your feminine costumes. With a covered and softly elasticated waist that is easy to slip into. Our two sizes cover the following measurements: Size S fits a 28" to a 35" waist, Size L fits a 36" to a 43" waist. Length of petticoat from waist to hem is approximately 17". Available in Black or White. More in stock soon!
