Hello Hannah I’ve been underdressing for years and lucky enough to have a wife who accepts it. My question is what material do you prefer your lingerie to be made from? Nylon, cotton, microfiber, satin, etc … and why? Are there pros or cons to your favorite ? Thanks and wear something pretty today.
There are materials that look sexy and fun but in a practical sense they are not ideal when actually wearing them. Mesh and nylon look amazing and I am not sure if it's a sensory thing but I really can't wear mesh or nylon (unless it's a nylon stocking) for very long. Same with PVC and leather-like material. A PVC thong looks amazing and is super fun to wear, but not ideal for everyday wear. I love wearing a leather corset, leather panties, and leather gloves (yes I love leather lol) but these outfits are for a photo shoot, not for every day. I can't imagine how comfortable all that leather would be under my normal clothes while I am out running errands or doing household projects.
Cotton isn't very, well, exciting to look at, but I have to admit that a pair of cotton panties are the most comfortable for everyday wear (especially when they are pink and have a fun pattern or paired with a delicate ribbon on the front... or the back).
Lacey panties are cute and sexy but depending on the panty, they can be very uncomfortable after a bit (for example, the pair of lacey pink panties I am wearing while I type this).
But my favorite is indeed satin. Satin tends to be very flattering and if you have the right size on, then, well, everything stays in place, lol. The drawback is that quality satin tends to be pricey but it's absolutely okay to treat yourself every once in a while. The shine of satin is very alluring and the feel is... oh, the feel of satin is pure bliss. Whether it's satin panties or a satin corset, it's my favorite material for everyday wear.

I’m with you on satin, soft, sexy and luxurious feeling. Nylon comes in second as it hides itself best under closer fitting clothes and hugs you nicely. Cotton is the all rounder but needs to be pretty, colourful and adorned with cute design.
Absolutely agree that Satin is the best. Get the right size and it looks and feels so amazingly comfortable and sexy to wear. My favourite XD panties are the satin and lace bikini (sadly out of stock at the moment) a truly wonderful panty that I can’t wait to come back into the XD range. Beautiful to wear and soooo feminine they are divine. I love a satin nightie too so wonderful to wear as you slip between the sheets.
Satin is THE BEST! You just feel sexier in satin and I cannot explain it! Agree that PVC and leather are for short term wear BUT it is a nice way to spice things up! And after all, staying sexy requires many forms of lingerie to maintain. Cotton is not very sexy BUT very good for every day wear and I agree, it offers fun patterns not often found in satin. Lace is fun as well but I cannot wear for every day wear. Things get tied up in the lace…. Stay sexy!
Satin is my absolute go to for quality undergarments also. It does wear quite well so I don’t mind spending a little more for it. Also I absolutely the feel and look of it.
